family coaching
Family Coaching series (structured)
| Service: Caregivers inventory how they were raised, and what aspects they would like to either let go of, or carry into their own parenting. They hone in on their family values, and use those values as a catalyst to create household norms or rules to share with their children. The caregivers create a plan for how to set limits, discipline, teach, and encourage their children in ways that are developmentally appropriate, respectful, and effective. They learn skills to better communicate, stay calm in tricky situations, and repair with one another after conflict. Families then make a plan for how to share their family values and practices with other adults in the family or community. Series Length: Available as an 8 week virtual series, or a one day in-person intensive with virtual bookends. Session Length: 90 minutes virtual, 6 hours in person* Cost: $2,700 –sliding scale and payment plans available |
Family Coaching (as needed)
| Service: Session content is tailored to the family, based on what their current needs are. Content may include: understanding your child’s development, reducing challenging behaviors, determining positive discipline strategies, building a stronger relationship with your child, breaking cycles of intergenerational trauma, supporting your child in times of conflict and stress, co-parenting in collaboration with other adults, gender-affirming parenting, etc. Available for caregivers of children/ youth ages 0-18. Series Length: 1-10 weeks Session Length: 60-90 minutes each* Cost: $200/hr –sliding scale and payment plans available |
mediation
family Mediation Sessions
| Service: Mediation is a neutral and confidential conversation which guides participants to share their needs and concerns, understand one another, and come to an agreement that works for everyone involved. Mediation is available for family members to address a specific concern or conflict. Participants may include co-parents, foster parents, grandparents, step parents, elders, in-laws, extended family, polyamorous metamours, school personnel, childcare providers, youth age 12+, etc. Series Length: 1-2 sessions Session Length: Up to 2 hours* Cost: $200/hr –sliding scale and payment plans available |
